Job Title: Revenue Accountant Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $65,000-$85,000.00 Job Summary The Revenue Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of oil and gas revenues for both operated and non-operated properties, in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves revenue setup, reporting, reconciliations, and responding to owner and client inquiries. Key Responsibilities + Ensure oil and gas revenues are processed accurately and on time for both operated and non-operated properties + Prepare and submit required reports and payments to state and federal agencies by established deadlines + Reconcile the revenue clearing general ledger account and resolve outstanding items + Set up and maintain revenue cross-references in the accounting system + Collaborate with DOI staff to establish accurate ownership and distribution percentages + Perform data entry into the revenue accounting system, including manual input and Excel-based uploads + Submit severance tax filings and other required state and federal reports and payments + Respond to owner inquiries and address client questions related to oil and gas revenues + Assist with financial audits related to the revenue distribution process + Maintain accurate records and documentation to support revenue reporting + Complete additional projects and duties as assigned System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulu00e9 and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
