Enjoy a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the support of the Kelly team as you grow in your role What Youu2019ll Do + Claims Processing: Perform all electronic imaging of claims, including OCR, Non-OCR, x-ray attachments, and various paper documents. + Data Entry & Verification: Input and verify required documentation for all claim types and handle rejected/RFI claim notices. + Process Multiple Claim Levels: Manage single, COB-S, dual, pre-authorizations, out-of-state claims, and process requests for pre-authorizations. + Collaboration: Assist Claims and Customer Service departments, support special projects, and contribute as a team player. + Documentation & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA/PHI, adhere to policies and quality standards, and provide accurate, timely claims processing. What You Bring + High School Diploma or equivalent required + At least 2 years of clerical, customer service, or related experience (or any combination of education/experience that meets qualifications) + Experience in high-volume processing or medical/dental claims highly desirable + Familiarity with PC applications (word processing, spreadsheets) is a plus + Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information Why Work With Kelly Services?
