The City is committed to continuous improvement andvalues leaders who bring practical solutions, build strongrelationships, and focus on results.The RoleThe Director of Human Resources leads the Citys comprehensive HRfunction and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.This position is responsible for setting direction, establishingpriorities, and ensuring effective delivery of human resources servicesacross the organization.Core areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, workforceplanning, employee relations, labor relations, compensation andbenefits, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and HRsystems.This role requires a leader who can operate at both a strategic andoperational level, providing clear direction while also ensuringexecution.
