Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping/Logistics/Inventory Administrator to join a detail-focused services team in Sarasota, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic parts department by managing shipping, logistics, inventory, and administrative tasks. The role is 100% onsite, providing a hands-on environment to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. u2022 Coordinate logistics for both domestic and international shipments, maintaining compliance with shipping regulations. u2022 Manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements and ensuring accurate records are maintained. u2022 Process invoices and billing documentation using QuickBooks and other relevant tools. u2022 Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain inventory and shipping records in company systems. u2022 Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving shipping or inventory issues promptly. u2022 Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel to prepare reports and analyze logistics data for process improvements. u2022 Collaborate with vendors and shipping carriers to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods. u2022 Handle UPS and other shipping platforms to create labels and manage package tracking. u2022 Support administrative functions within the parts department to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or inventory management roles. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software tools. u2022 Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Familiarity with international shipping processes and compliance requirements. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members. u2022 Knowledge of UPS shipping systems and other logistics platforms. u2022 Ability to work onsite in Sarasota, Florida, and commit to a contract position.
