Our client is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator. This position reports to the Store Technology Manager. Provides support to the Store Technology Refresh Team and is a technical liaison to the Field Services Department. Finances/Budgeting u2022 Understand inventory and depreciated book values for various locations, items, and projects. u2022 Understand budget and financial impacts of proper account coding for inventory ordering and movement. Technical Responsibilities u2022 Technical liaison for Vendors and Internal Business Partners in relation to Store Hardware u2022 Maintains an expert working level of knowledge for the in-store network systems, components, and the associated equipment affecting store operation. This includes but is not limited to routers, switches, registers, register peripherals, pcu2019s, wireless equipment, and cabling. Asset Management u2022 Support equipment data accuracy for all 16,000+ stores by continuously updating based on store openings/closings, technology refreshes, renovations or other scopes affecting store inventory. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum Requirements/Qualifications - Summary of knowledge, experience and education required. u2022 Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or similar field OR equivalent experience u2022 Proficient with MS Excel, Access, and various other Reporting Tools including ability to write queries. Clerical/Administrative experience is important. u2022 Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written u2022 2 - 3 Years of POS Experience u2022 Strong technical aptitude u2022 Excellent analytical skills with keen diligence Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chesapeake, VA.
