Triumph Group Responsibilitiesu2022 Primarily perform mechanical assembly, functional tests, test setups, and final assembly operations on product line per Assembly and Test Instructions, drawings, and planning with little to no supervision.u2022 Electrical assembly, such as wire stripping, crimping, and connector installation.u2022 Work with hazardous chemicals such as: Acetone, isopropyl alcohol, paints, sealants, adhesives.u2022 Adhere to cleanliness standards, clean as you go, and prevention of Foreign Object Debris.u2022 Check and document drawing dimensions using measuring devices.u2022 Part mark product using provided equipment/tools.u2022 Participate in determining root cause and corrective action through failure analysis in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering and Quality Control.u2022 Use computer to read and interpret drawings and specifications.u2022 Communicate in a professional manner with Leadership and peers to resolve job related issues or concerns.u2022 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: walk, stand, sit, talk, and hear.u2022 Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and depth perception.u2022 The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.u2022 Other tasks/duties/responsibilities as assigned.u00a0u2022 Safety oriented.u00a0u2022 Must work in team environment and participate in team process improvement discussions.u2022 Must be able to work weekends and modified shifts with short notice to meet commitments to our customersu00a0 Qualificationsu2022 High School Diploma, (GED) or equivalent.u2022 3+ years of experience required in a mechanical environment; aerospace preferred.u2022 General mechanical knowledge and background.u00a0 Skills & Competenciesu2022 Attention to detail.u2022 Safe use of hand tools, and torque wrenches.u2022 Multimeter, Hypot, Electrical Bonding, and IR experience preferred.u2022 Ability to follow oral and written instruction.u2022 Intermediate computer skills.u00a0
