Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operations within the education industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and office tools. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately input data into systems and verify its accuracy to maintain up-to-date records. u2022 Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage and organize data effectively. u2022 Maintain a high level of attention to detail while reviewing and processing data. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. u2022 Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. u2022 Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations as needed. u2022 Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for internal use. u2022 Monitor and ensure compliance with data entry standards and best practices. Requirements u2022 At least 1 year of experience in a similar office or data entry role. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. u2022 Ability to type efficiently and accurately. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. u2022 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
