Our hybrid policy requires employees to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days a troduction As the Operations Director at Leaseweb USA, you will oversee nationwide operations across our U.S. data center footprint, supporting infrastructure, network operations, customer support, logistics, service delivery, and advanced services teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for translating company strategy into operational execution while ensuring reliability, scalability, efficiency, and strong customer satisfaction.As a member of the U.S. leadership team, you will partner closely with global colleagues in Amsterdam and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Sys Admin, and Product teams to support continued growth across the organization.Why Leaseweb?
