Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Johnson Memorial Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven Geriatric Behavioral Health Team.The Occupational Therapist performs evaluations, direct patient treatment and provides documentation for patients referred for occupational therapy.You Will Be Responsible For: Provides full scope of direct and clinical services necessary to maximize the care for patientsAppropriately communicates results of assessment or treatment program including written and/or verbal means.
