What You’ll Be DoingAs an SEN Support Assistant, you will:Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needsAssist with personalised learning plansSupport emotional regulation,munication and social developmentWork closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teamsPromote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroomEach day brings variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ confidence, skills and independence.
