Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in Habersham, GA, this full-time school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers a valuable opportunity to provide specialized therapy services within a vibrant educational setting. The role is onsite and travel-based, focused on supporting students in ASD and Severe/Profound classrooms from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech therapy to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe/Profound needs. Collaborate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and adjust goals. Monitor student progress through regular assessments. Complete Medicaid billing and comply with all related documentation requirements. Communicate effectively with educational staff and families to support student success. Qualifications: Active Georgia SLP licensure is required. Active Georgia Educator Certificate is mandatory. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Experience working in school-based settings, specifically with ASD and Severe/Profound classroom populations, is highly desirable. Reliable transportation for consistent onsite attendance. Availability to work full-time hours up to 37.5 per week; part-time candidates will also be considered. Location Details: Habersham, Georgia, with travel as necessary. Onsite engagement only. This position is available immediately and will extend through the end of the current school year, continuing into the 2025-2026 academic year. Flexible scheduling options can be discussed.
