Job Summary: A Lead Embossing Operator oversees and operates embossing machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality output, maintaining equipment, training team members, and optimizing production efficiency.The Lead Embossing Operator will have strong technical knowledge of embossing processes and leadership capabilities.Supervisory Responsibilities: None Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am; Overtime as required Duties/Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor embossing machines to meet production specifications.Lead and coordinate a team of embossing operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality spect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals.Train new operators on embossing procedures and safety protocols.Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years supervisory experience Ability to read and write in English and do basic math.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Regularly requires the constant lifting of 15 to 25 lbs.Repetitious pinching and gripping.Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Experience: leading teams: 1 year (Required)
