Warehouse Technician Supply Store Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Technician for our Supply Store. This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. The role involves handling material using equipment such as forklifts and occasionally requires working at heights over 6 feet. Responsibilities + Utilize material handling equipment to manage inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks. + Locate and pick materials into and out of warehouse racks and between designated locations. + Safely operate assigned material handling equipment, ensuring all equipment is inspected and in safe operating condition. + Report all accidents and unsafe conditions to the supervisor. + Stock and arrange products to ensure efficient warehouse inventory turnover. + Accurately determine material quantities through cycle counting. + Receive materials into inventory, move materials between designated locations, and locate/pick materials as required. + Ensure accurate entries of part numbers, quantities, and other data fields impacting electronic records. + Resolve discrepancies with material quantities and part numbers. + Locate parts while ensuring pallets are stable, observing pallet heights and ensuring materials, racking, and equipment are not damaged. + Practice safe material handling techniques. + Perform housekeeping tasks as assigned. + Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required. Essential Skills + Experience with sit-down forklift operations. + Proficiency in warehouse operations and material handling. + Understanding of inventory processes and familiarity with RF scanners.
