You will support administrative functions while serving as a welcoming presence for residents, families, and guests.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and answer phones in a friendly, professional mannerDirect calls and inquiries to appropriate staffSort and distribute mailAssist with clerical tasks such as typing and copyingMaintain records for guest tickets and special eventsSupport resident needs, including light transport and newspaper deliveryCoordinate conference room reservationsEnsure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk areaQualifications:Experience with answering multi-line phone lines. Office experience and good typing skills required.
