Job Description

LMI is seeking a Technical Manager with strong Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) expertise to lead planning and execution of test and evaluation projects for our DHS client. This is an on-site position in the Washington D.C. or New York City area that requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.Provide and project management and technical support to Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Test and Evaluation (T&E) programs and projectsProvide hands on set-up and operations of C-UAS technology systems for demonstration, including set-up and tear-down, logistical support and system operations supportLead gathering and validating customer requirementsSupport product integrations in customer/partner environmentsSupport the development of C-UAS test plans and evaluation methodologiesAssist in the execution of C-UAS tests, field assessments, and other test eventsCollect and analyze test dataDraft system specifications, policy documentation, and reportsDevelop project management documentation, including charters, project management plans, and status reportsAdvise client leadership on C-UAS program and acquisition strategiesBachelor’s Degree required10+ years of relevant experience Interdisciplinary skillsets with strong knowledge of C-UAS technologiesAbility to effectively utilize Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, solution seekerA true team player who promotes cross-functional collaboration and maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environmentActive TS/SCI Clearance.
