Keep reading!Minimum Job QualificationsHigh School degree preferred but not required.Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.Customer Service experienceKnowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus.Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locationsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers.Assists customers in elevaor lobbies & lanes.Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitudeAdditional duties as assigned.Non-Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMay be asked by local management to complete small cleaning tasks.Other special projects assignments to include events coverage: OSU Stadium, Schottenstein Center, etc..SkillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively.Excellent team building and interpersonal skillsThrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.Must be able to work unsupervised.Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language.Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.Ability to handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations.
