Membership & Permit SpecialistLocation: Columbus, OHPay: $18-$22/hrSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM (Onsite)Fire & Ice Heating and Air is hiring a full-time Membership & Permit Specialist to support our growing team. This role ensures permits are processed accurately, memberships are maintained, and administrative tasks are completed to keep our technicians and customers running smoothly.What You’ll Do• Manage permit processing for Columbus, Franklin County, and surrounding municipalities• Track and maintain customer memberships• Call customers to update failed payments (no cold calling)• Make ~30 outbound calls/day to schedule 2-4 annual maintenance visits• Work closely with dispatchers and service managers• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes• Support administrative tasks: fleet, payroll, registrations, warrantiesWhat We’re Looking For• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams• Able to follow processes and stay goal-oriented• Must commute to our Franklin Park office• Preferred: HVAC/trades experience, ServiceTitan experience• Great if you have call center experience!Why Fire & Ice• Stable full-time role with consistent hours• Supportive team environment• Opportunity to grow within a respected local companyUSD $18.00/Hr.USD $22.00/Hr.
