Primary day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around managing many different types of research engagements, both quantitative and qualitative, global and US-based, for big clients and small clients. You will manage the end-to-end research projects from designing the research instrument to the first pass of data analysis and creating reports that are visually appealing and answer the client’s business questions while working closely with a Director and Research Analyst.Act as the primary point person for client interactions on most engagements, which may involve daily touchpoints or less regular interactions, bring strong project management skills (time, scope, budget)Ability to take a project and run it autonomously from a drafted survey to delivering a report ready for client presentationBring strong analytic, communication, storytelling, and visual design skills to bear in creating reports and presenting results to clients and stakeholdersBe client centric, from understanding client’s business/marketing/brand needs, communicating complex analyses in an easy to digest way, and translating data into actionable insights and clear recommendationsExecute all aspects of the research process for both tracking and ad-hoc projects with excellence, managing to schedule and budget, writing proposals, designing studies, hypothesizing and analytic planning, synthesizing data and analytics, creating insights and narratives that drive actionable recommendations, and presenting results to client teamsProactively support client research needs and goals, contribute innovative ideas and relevant solutions that exceed client expectations upon deliveryHave broad market research experience and understanding of different methodologies and approaches and how those relate to specific client business needsConsistently exceed customer expectations and strengthening relationships to support team revenue growthLead both large-scale and quick-turn projects through collaboration with colleagues5+ years relevant quantitative custom research experience, client or supplier sideBachelor’s Degree requiredExperience managing tracking and ad-hoc studiesExperience with both B2C and B2B researchBackground or interest in trends research preferredExperience/knowledge of research operations (vendor management, data processing, etc.)Strong visual/aesthetic sensibility to bring to highly designed client deliverablesStrong client presentation skillsStrong project management experience requiredAbility to take ownership of projects from start to completion is requiredHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related computer software packagesStrong attention to detail and enjoys process and proceduresIn order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $100,000 -120,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
