Responsibilities + Design construction and marine-type projects using Revit/BIM 360. + Work with Revit families and legends to ensure accurate project design. + Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools as needed. + Create and maintain construction documents and blueprints. + Demonstrate initiative and work independently while collaborating with team members. + Participate in training related to marine concepts. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 years of experience with Revit/BIM 360. + 2+ years of design experience in the marine, construction, architectural, or industrial sectors. + Strong knowledge of Revit families, legends, and corridors. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in marine design projects is a plus. + Proficiency in BIM 360 is advantageous. + Familiarity with structural design, wharf, dock, dry dock, and pier concepts. + Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail. Work Environment This role is based in an office environment with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position offers room for growth and the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including private LNG initiatives. Holidays are offered while on contract, providing a balanced work-life experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.
