This is an on-site role in Baltimore, MD and could require travel.Position Summary/Responsibilities:The Senior Principal Project Manager must be a self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. This position provides opportunities to interface with all levels of leadership in support of program execution. In this role, program and functional team coordination will be required.Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to the below.Lead the development and execution of supplier management strategies for the Tactical Fighters BU.Serve as the primary liaison among the Program Management Office (PMO), Global Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality organizations.Coordinate cross-functionally to define and implement effective supplier management strategies, develop and execute supplier risk mitigation plans, and ensure supplier commitments are achieved.Provide executive-level briefings on program status, challenges, and the effectiveness of supplier management plans.Establish milestone objectives and manage performance to meet schedule and quality tegrate supplier management activities into proposal development and ensure consistent execution across the sector.Own the creation and execution of risk burndown plans, including RTG plans and SAMS assessments.
