Weu2019re hiring a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and contribute to accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work but also wants to grow into more complex responsibilities over time. Youu2019ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful financial processes from day one. What You'll Do + Process accounts payable and assist with vendor communications + Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections follow-up + Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts + Assist with preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger + Help compile financial data for internal reporting and analysis + Maintain organized financial records and documentation + Assist with payroll support and expense tracking as needed + Support audits and compliance-related activities Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + One to two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience + Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data + High level of accuracy and attention to detail + Strong time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications + Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment + Familiarity with payroll processes + Experience with ERP or cloud-based accounting systems Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
