Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Forklift Associate Job Description This role focuses on shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse environment, including operating a forklift, performing inventory tasks, and completing accurate data entry. You will help ensure products move efficiently through the facility while maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth day-to-day logistics. Responsibilities + Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse. + Perform shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outgoing shipments and processing incoming deliveries. + Verify incoming and outgoing products against documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Conduct regular inventory tasks, including cycle counting and reconciling discrepancies. + Complete accurate data entry related to inventory, shipments, and receipts in the appropriate systems or logs. + Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards. + Work independently or as part of a small team of 2u20133 people to meet daily operational goals. + Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines to protect people, equipment, and inventory. Essential Skills + Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment. + Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes. + Ability to perform inventory tasks, including cycle counting and resolving discrepancies. + Basic data entry skills to accurately record inventory and shipment information. + Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision. + Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team of 2u20133 people. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation.
