Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for a portfolio of 40-50 clients. u2022 Process 20-50 invoices daily with precision and efficiency. u2022 Communicate effectively with clients to address financial inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to compile and organize financial data. u2022 Learn and use proprietary software for financial tasks, following comprehensive training. u2022 Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date financial records. u2022 Assist in billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. u2022 Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals. u2022 Adapt to the dynamic demands of a fast-paced work environment. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Strong skills in invoice processing and billing. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. u2022 Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. u2022 Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. u2022 Experience with account reconciliation is a plus.
