The Lead Global Events Specialist is responsible for bringing these experiences to life end-to-end, from planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring high-quality, engaging live and hybrid events across diverse markets. On a daily basis, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics, manage vendors, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. They act as a central point of contact for execution, maintaining excellent attention to detail across timelines, materials, lead capture, and the overall attendee experience. This role is specifically tailored towards live and hybrid event delivery, rather than primarily virtual programming. The role requires balancing operational execution with strategic insight by analysing event performance, identifying opportunities to enhance future experiences, and sharing recommendations with key business partners. Success in this role depends on strong global coordination, adaptability across time zones, and the ability to anticipate challenges, problem-solve quickly, and deliver impactful events on time and within budget.
