You will work on either the 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' shift, each offering unique hours and shift differentials. As a machine operator, your focus will be on ensuring production procedures are executed efficiently and safely. On-the-job training is available to help you enhance your skills and improve your performance. Essential Skills + Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of tooling and precision measuring instruments. + Experience working with manufacturing equipment is preferred. + Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. + Ability to perform materials handling tasks safely and efficiently. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing/foundry-style setting. Conditions can be warm and dirty at timesu2014especially during summeru2014but youu2019ll be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and hard work.
