What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Perform Flux Core Dual Shield (FCAW) welding on structural steel + Run high-volume fillet welds on I-beams, columns, and other steel components + Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings + Fit and fabricate structural steel parts + Handle materials as needed + Work in a production steel shop environment (no job-site travel) What Weu2019re Looking For + 3+ years of Flux Core or Hardwire welding experience + _(Combination of job experience + welding school/trade school accepted)_ + Strong ability to read prints, fit, and fabricate + Experience with structural steel welding + FCAW WABO or AWS certification preferred + Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Job Details + Day shift & swing shift available + Frequent overtime opportunities + Pay starts at $22u2013$32+/hr+ , based on experience and weld test results + Pay increases available based on performance + Full-time, long-term position Why Work With Aerotek?
