Job Description u2022 Maintain office break areas and coordinate snacks/vending with the canteen u2003u2022 Order and restock supplies (office, kitchen, coffee, soft drinks, marketing items) u2003u2022 Manage shipping and receiving with FedEx and UPS u2003u2022 Maintain supply closets, including a marketing closet with client/vendor items u2003u2022 Coordinate with building management, leasing, cleaning, and vendor teams u2003u2022 Support copiers and printers with vendor partners u2003u2022 Keep conference rooms organized and up to date u2003u2022 Serve as the front-facing receptionist and handle ad hoc office needs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
