Job Title: Carpenter Job Description We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of performing a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with project managers, foremen, and fellow tradespeople to deliver work that meets high standards. Responsibilities + Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, drywall installation, trim work, and cabinetry. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. + Measure, cut, and shape materials such as wood, drywall, and other building products. + Install structures and fixtures including windows, doors, flooring, and hardware. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently. + Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards. + Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols. + Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling as needed. Essential Skills + 2-3+ years of carpentry experience + Experience in steel stud or wood framing + Ability to read blueprints and self-start + Valid driver's license Additional Skills & Qualifications + Finish carpentry work is a plus + Willingness to assist with concrete work + Experience in residential remodeling + Long-term commitment is preferred Why Work Here?
