Job Description

Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday 7:00 AMu20134:30 PM or 7:30 AMu20135:00 PM (45 hours/week) Key Responsibilities + Provide highu2011level internal support for informational requests and service issue troubleshooting by coordinating with Dispatch, Operations, and Sales . + Assist Customer Service and Sales teams with reporting and verification of complaint data for residential and commercial customers. + Prepare and process service request changes related to transactional addu2011on sales for existing customers. + Support the planning and continuous improvement of departmental administrative processes . + Occasionally handle customer inquiries related to recycling and waste hauling or processing services . + Develop and maintain working knowledge of evolving company services and service areas. + Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Required Qualifications + 1+ year of customer service experience (open to retail, restaurant, property management, or similar backgrounds). + Strong empathy and customeru2011first mindset , paired with an actionu2011oriented approach. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Outlook (Excel training available if needed). + Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher . + Strong critical thinking and problemu2011solving skills . + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and maintain strong attention to detail. + Positive, professional demeanor and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. + Willingness and ability to learn the South Central Wisconsin service area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
