Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator and Receptionist to join our team in Duluth, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented front desk environment. u2022 Maintain accurate employee records and update payroll systems with personnel changes. u2022 Assist employees with inquiries related to company benefits, policies, and procedures. u2022 Organize and schedule meetings. u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date workplace posters and documentation. u2022 Oversee the scheduling and upkeep of conference rooms and training areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized. u2022 Manage break areas by coordinating vending and coffee services to maintain a pleasant work environment. u2022 Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. u2022 Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. u2022 Excellent customer service abilities and a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Experience managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls. u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. u2022 Notary certification is a bonus but not required. u2022 Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is highly desirable. u2022 Familiarity with HR systems such as Paylocity is a plus.
