Description We are looking for a dedicated Global Services Director to lead compliance efforts and manage a global field service team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role involves ensuring adherence to international standards, driving process improvements, and overseeing technical operations related to textile equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: u2022 Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and international standards, including ISO 13485. u2022 Lead and oversee the operations of a global field service team. u2022 Diagnose defective parts, identify root causes, and carry out necessary repairs using specialized textile equipment. u2022 Manage the repair and analysis of returned field units, ensuring proper handling and documentation. u2022 Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Perform testing and develop test procedures for various parts and systems. u2022 Monitor project progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. u2022 Create and update training programs and materials to support team development. u2022 Build comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms for upper management. u2022 Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support global operations.
