This is a customer-facing role where you will engage with Costco members, provide information, and help connect interested customers with our water treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Stand at the water display kiosk inside Costco Greet members in a friendly manor Offer brochures and basic information about water treatment systems Answer general questions and direct members to next steps Assist interested members with completing a lead form at the kiosk Submit completed forms to the scheduling department How the Process Works:Customers can either: Offer a brochure and call the Costco 800 number to request more information, or Sign up directly at the kiosk for a consultation In both cases, our scheduling team will follow up to arrange a consultation with a project manager.
