Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role involves supporting the daily operations of the test center, ensuring smooth processes, and offering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment for test center participants. u2022 Manage the scanning and organization of documents to maintain accurate records. u2022 Answer incoming calls and address inquiries thoroughly and in a timely manner. u2022 Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and scheduling tasks. u2022 Ensure testing procedures are followed and maintain the integrity of the test center. u2022 Monitor and report any technical or operational issues to the appropriate personnel. u2022 Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials needed for testing sessions. u2022 Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles. u2022 Strong proficiency in handling clerical tasks, such as scanning and document management. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills for answering calls and addressing inquiries. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records. u2022 Familiarity with office equipment and software, including scanners and basic computer programs. u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
