Monitor existing portfolio companies,evaluating platform and add-on acquisitions and evaluating exit options. Develop investmentcommittee memoranda and materials with senior team members. Present and participate ininvestment committee meetings, including communicating analyses effectively to seniorinvestment professions. Conduct financial modeling and analysis incorporating various businessprojects and capital structures, while stress testing critical assumptions. Partner with external duediligence advisors such as accountants, tax experts, consultants, and lawyers. Work withcounterparties to raise financings for Apollos investment. Analyzing business performancetrends of prospective and existing investment. Assist the team with additional ad hoc projects.Minimum Requirements: Requires a masters or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, or a related field and two years of experience in investment banking. Education, training, or experience must include:o Monitoring existing portfolio companies and making recommendations;o Performing risk assessment and analysis of business and market trends;o Conducting financial modeling and analysis; ando Articulating and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. WFH Policy: Position reports to New York, NY office.
