Description POSITION SUMMARY Strategic leadership role owns enterprise-wide standards and transformation for Brand Value Chain excellence. JOB DESCRIPTION u2022 Lead the development, ownership, and continuous evolution of global Brand Value Chain standards, processes, tools, governance frameworks, and NPL (New Product Launch) project management methodologies to drive fast-to-market, on-trend innovation and execution excellence aligned with Beauty Reimagined priorities. u2022 Partner with brand leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive simplification, remove complexity, accelerate speed-to-market, and enable a leaner, faster, more agile operating model that supports consumer-centric leadership. u2022 Drive enterprise-wide capability building through execution, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure adoption of best practices across all brands. u2022 Establish and oversee portfolio-level performance measurement, KPIs (e.g., OTIF, launch cycle time reduction, risk mitigation effectiveness, inventory health, and launch success rates), analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver bold supply chain efficiencies, and sustainable growth. u2022 Champion digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and integration of advanced tools (e.g., IBP, AI-enabled performance, dashboards) to enhance cross-functional orchestration, risk management, and consumer-focused launch outcomes. u2022 Lead or sponsor strategic transformation projects, change management efforts, and lessons-learned programs that embed end-to-end execution excellence while supporting Beauty Reimaginedu2019s goals of transformative innovation and operational agility. u2022 Foster cross-functional and cross-brand collaboration, escalate systemic constraints, and represent Brand Value Chain excellence in enterprise initiatives to ensure seamless alignment between commercial priorities and global value chain capabilities. Qualifications u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. u2022 Strategic mindset with proven experience developing and implementing global standards, processes, tools, and governance frameworks that reduce complexity, and deliver measurable efficiencies. u2022 Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities, self-direct, and continuously expand knowledge in evolving areas such as digital supply chain tools, integrated business planning (IBP), and sustainable value chain practices. u2022 Strong leadership and influencing skills.
