Required Education/Experience + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years full-time related work experience or + Associate's Degree and a minimum of 9 years full-time related work experience or + High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 11 years full-time related work experience. Relevant Work Experience + Technical experience and knowledge of contract management, agreement negotiations, payment processing and work coordination, preferred. + Ability to effectively work with all levels of management and union personnel, vendors, contractors, and city and state agencies, preferred. + Ability to direct the activities of a large group in an effective and harmonious manner, preferred. + Must be able to balance priorities, handle multiple assignments and take decisive action, preferred. + Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to foster a team spirited work environment in support of the Company's Corporate Values and Mission, preferred.
