Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our team. This role involves a combination of field work, site visits in the Midwest market, and occasional travel. The successful candidate will manage projects and small teams, perform AutoCAD production work, and engage in client-facing activities. This position will initially focus on projects for Chase banks before transitioning to other retail and commercial projects. Responsibilities + Manage projects and small teams of 1-2 people. + Conduct field work and site visits, primarily in the Midwest market. + Perform AutoCAD production work for 20-25% of weekly hours. + Engage in construction administration, OAC meetings, and client interactions. + Oversee current teams and coordinate with contractors. + Process shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for projects. + Work within established corporate templates and standards. + Coordinate details and finishes, ensuring compliance with ADA requirements and building codes. + Thrive in a smaller office environment, adapting to various projects and tasks. Essential Skills + Proficient in AutoCAD. + 8+ years of experience at an architecture firm working on commercial projects. + Bachelor's degree in Architecture. + Experience managing projects from start to finish. + Knowledge of interior alteration projects, office build-outs, or retail projects. + Working knowledge of detailing, framing details, wall partitions, ADA requirements, and material specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred experience with prototypical projects, retail build-outs, and renovation commercial projects. + Client-facing experience is preferred but not required. + Experience with commercial and prototypical projects is required. Work Environment This role is based on a standard 8-5, 40-hour work week with flexible start and finish times. The office is small, with a team of 15, promoting internal growth and development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $55.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
