Credit Manager (Collections Specialist) Chicago, IL, US Apr 15, 2026 Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Credit Manager for our Chicago office. This position will communicate directly with key personnel within the Firm and our clients and their organizations to identify issues and promote solution-based problem solving. This position reports to the Senior Credit Manager and communicates regularly with the Firmu2019s management team. Responsibilities + Manages the Firmu2019s collection processes/account maintenance at a regional level. + Provide excellent and thoughtful client service to hundreds of Firm clients + Works closely with the Firmu2019s billing attorneys and professional staff to bring resolution to the Firmu2019s most sensitive and complicated collection issues. + Is in direct contact with the Firmu2019s clients, including their highest level of management. + Act as a resource to other Credit Managers. + Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position. Experience & Qualifications + Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required. + 7+ years experience in credit and collections required + Law firm or prefessional services experience required + Preferred background includes interaction with senior management personnel. + Expertise with Elite Enterprise, 3E, Aderant, EHUB preferred + Expertise with ARCS preferred + Ability to build solid working relationships with Firm professionals while accomplishing the Firmu2019s financial goals + Must demonstrate the strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to unravel complicated accounts and issues Pursuant with states' laws, the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000, based on experience and local market.
