By engaging senior technical and commercial stakeholders at the concept phase, this role secures specifications, approvedu2011vendor status, and drives adoption across key programs. Key Impact Acting as a connector of insight and innovation, you will identify unmet needs, define problem statements, and bring the right Danfoss experts together to solve with current portfolion solutions, or cou2011create reference designs and emerging standards. You will proactively map influencers, build cycles, and program timelines to guide pursuit strategies and support coordinated tender responses. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, you will enable crossu2011segment alignment, rapid decisionu2011making, and repeatable gou2011tou2011market patterns that accelerate growth in the data center vertical. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Responsibilities + Relationship Development u2013 Build and own upstream relationships with North Americau2019s top data center design and mechanical consulting firms. + Early Engagement u2013 Establish senior technical and commercial connections early in the design cycle to secure specifications and approved vendor listings for Danfoss thermal and poweru2011management solutions. + Solution Orchestration u2013 Identify unmet customer needs, frame problem statements, and involve Danfoss subject matter experts to transform concepts into reference designs and standards. + Market Mapping u2013 Track influencers, programs, and build schedules; develop insightu2011driven pursuit plans and coordinate tender responses. + Internal Collaboration u2013 Drive crossu2011segment cooperation in a matrixed environment, ensuring clear roles, rapid decisions, and repeatable playbooks. + Growth Metrics u2013 Deliver upstream influence, specification/AVL wins, portfolio pullu2011through, and repeatable GTM patterns. + Market Presence u2013 Represent Danfoss at exhibitions and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships. + Sales Support u2013 Assist sales leadership with account planning, funnel management, and reporting on wins, losses, and market intelligence. Success Criteria + Securing earlyu2011stage specifications and approved vendor listings + Driving portfolio pullu2011through across thermal and poweru2011management domains + Establishing repeatable gou2011tou2011market patterns + Strengthening Danfossu2019s position in the North American data center market What We're Looking For Qualifications + Education u2013 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. + Industry Experience u2013 Minimum of 3 years in the commercial HVAC/R sector, ideally with a focus on data center infrastructure, cooling, and thermal management. + Market Knowledge u2013 Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem, with an established network of stakeholders and key influencers preferred. + Sales Expertise u2013 Proven track record in technical solution selling, demonstrating the ability to translate complex requirements into customeru2011focused solutions. Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
