Deliver an engaging, consistent, and accessible experience to our audiences. + Create content and consult on voice, style, and grammar. Collaborate with other Content Designers and Experience Designers to apply your writing skills to an established product. + Identify problems and craft creative content solutions that educate and empower users. + Socialize & suggest changes to content guidelines that provide consistent language and labeling across a range of touchpoints. + Conduct user research; creating test plans, interview guides, test scripts, and analysis documents. + Shape the role of content in the digital product development process and work alongside product managers for legal, risk, and compliance reviews. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
