This role is responsible for daily production oversight, performance management, and supporting Branch teams by reducing clerical workload and improving turnaround times. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily workflow for a centralized escrow processing team in a deadlineu2011driven environment. Ensure productivity, quality, turnaround times, and SLAs are consistently met. Review escrow documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness; resolve escalations as needed. Adjust staffing, prioritize workloads, and authorize overtime during peak volume periods. Partner with Branch teams to align on expectations, processes, and service standards. Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Prepare and share production and performance reports with leadership. Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3u20135 years of escrow processing or loan closing experience. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role within a highu2011volume production environment. Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, compliance, and documentation. Proven leadership, decisionu2011making, and problemu2011solving skills. Comfortable working onu2011site with extended hours during peak periods.
