Overview The Weekend Day Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during business hours. This role focuses on high-traffic areas, responding to immediate cleaning needs, and ensuring restrooms, common spaces, and entryways remain presentable throughout the day. Pay: $22.00 - $22.00 per hour The pay range listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas throughout the day Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Monitor restrooms and restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap Clean spills, fingerprints, smudges, and debris as needed Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners Wipe down high-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, and railings Set up or break down rooms for meetings or events as requested Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to supervisor Follow established safety procedures and cleaning protocols Provide courteous and professional customer service to staff and visitors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous janitorial, custodial, or porter experience a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to [25u201350] pounds Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed REQNUMBER: 151195ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
