Job Summary The Direct Offers team is seeking a specialist to play a pivotal role supporting multiple Energy Efficiency (EE) programs and offers. The Direct Offer team is comprised of behavioral, DIY, in-home and marketplace energy efficiency programs such as the Home Energy Report, Home Energy House Call, and Online Savings Store. This position works across program teams and partners to coordinate day-to-day operations, strengthen performance tracking and process consistency, and help ensure a seamless customer experience from offer design through fulfillment. By enabling timely, accurate, and easy-to-use EE direct offers, this role helps customers access meaningful benefitsu2014such as lower energy bills, improved comfort and equipment performance, and reduced energy useu2014while supporting business goals for participation, satisfaction, and savings. The specialist tracks key performance indicators, coordinates program activities, and delivers clear updates that keep work moving and operations running smoothly. In addition to a great fit with the team, a high level of acumen with excel will be valuable to perform work such as: + Validating program participation and accurate vendor invoices + Tracking and interpreting key program metrics, identifying and executing on opportunities for standardization + Documenting program processes, inventories, and procedures, and standardize across applicable programs. Responsibilities Financial & Performance Management + Review and validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions; coordinate issue resolution and maintain required documentation. + Track and report key program metrics (e.g., participation, fulfillment, savings, customer experience) and maintain standard dashboards and files. + Support monthly close activities, including preparing draft accruals and validating financial data for accuracy. Operational Management + Provide day-to-day operational support across multiple EE direct-offer programs; intake requests, prioritize work, and coordinate next steps with internal stakeholders and vendors. + Maintain program documentation, process maps, inventories, and standard operating procedures; drive consistency across program manuals and tools. + Identify trends, defects, and process gaps; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and track resolution through completion. + Support compliance needs by following established requirements and escalating risks or exceptions as needed. Marketing, Sales & Acquisition Support + Coordinate with stakeholders to support campaign execution, tracking, and performance reporting for new and existing offers. + Capture and track leads and customer follow-ups generated by campaigns and communications; ensure timely handoffs and closure. + Monitor acquisition and funnel metrics and flag opportunities to improve customer experience, participation, and conversion. Continuous Improvement & Innovation + Contribute to enhancements to offers, tools, and processes by gathering feedback, testing changes, and supporting rollout communications and training. + Drive and implement standardization of repeatable processes, inventories, and documentation across applicable EE Direct Offers programs to further enable comprehensive automation Basic/Required Qualifications Note: This posting is for one open position. Employee will be required to report to their assigned work location 3 days per regular workweek.
