Architectural Designer / DrafterJob Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This opportunity is ideal for earlyu2011career professionals (0u20133 years of experience) who are interested in developing their skills and growing toward becoming a licensed Architect. The role offers hands-on exposure to real projects, fieldwork, and mentorship in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities + Conduct site surveys to document existing conditions using 3D scanning software + Translate field survey data into accurate drawings using Revit and AutoCAD + Draft existing conditions and construction documents + Support a variety of project types, including industrial, office, retail, and interior projects + Collaborate with architects and project team members throughout design and documentation phases Required Qualifications + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD + Familiarity with construction documents + Strong interest in pursuing a career path toward architectural licensure + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Matterport or other 3D scanning technology is a plus + Internship or entry-level experience in an architectural or design setting Work Environment & Benefits + Primarily in-office role with time spent on-site for field measurements as needed + Hybrid work flexibility (1u20132 days/week) available for candidates who can work independently + Competitive benefits for full-time employees, including: + 401(k) with profit sharing + Health insurance + Supportive and social team culture with happy hours, holiday parties, and team events Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
