As a Regional Internet of Things (IoT) Operations and Cyber Security specialist at Google, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and the technical execution required to operate stable, reliable, and secure building systems and specialized IoT hardware. This is a dual-mandate role where your expertise will balance operational technology (OT) operations with cyber security risk management. You will serve as the strategic operations and cyber security authority for your region, driving the daily performance and life cycle management of regional IoT systems while defending them against cyber threats. You are equally at home commanding the response to a system outage as you are leading a cyber security incident response, applying your expertise to manage external vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or explaining technical risk trade-offs to executives. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
