Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies. The Business & Markets Insights (BMI) team builds global intelligence products, and the Operational Intelligence Program is expanding these with agentic AI, LLM-driven workflows, and autonomous operational agents. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to define strategy, lead technical development, and bring these capabilities to scale. The Role: u2022 Technical Product Leadership u25cb Translate customer problems into clear technical requirements for LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and tool-use. u25cb Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams on architecture, grounding, retrieval, safety, and evaluation. u25cb Prototype using modern agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Strands, OpenAI Agent SDK) to validate capabilities. u2022 Product Strategy & Roadmap: u25cb Own strategy and roadmap for agentic AI features across Operational Intelligence. u25cb Drive 0u21921 product development for new AI and SaaS capabilities. u25cb Define use cases for LLM agents, autonomous workflows, and A2A orchestration. u25cb Support go-to-market planning, pricing inputs, and customer enablement. u25cb Drive internal and external adoption through demos, onboarding, documentation, and training. u2022 Execution & Delivery u25cb Write concise PRDs, technical specs, and acceptance criteria. u25cb Lead backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution with engineering teams. u25cb Work with MLOps on model evaluation, drift monitoring, hallucination mitigation, and observability. u2022 User Research & Validation u25cb Conduct discovery with issuers, acquirers, processors, and banks. Lead A/B tests, user studies, and trust/accuracy evaluations for AI agents. u25cb Convert insights into product decisions and KPI-based roadmaps. All About You u2022 Product Management experience building 0u21921 SaaS or AI/ML products. u2022 Proven experience shipping products using Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML models, or Conversational AI at scale. u2022 Demonstrable experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral), MCP, A2A orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Strands, OpenAI Agent SDK. u2022 Understanding of LLM agents, tool-use patterns, reasoning graphs, memory systems. u2022 Hands-on familiarity with embeddings, RAG pipelines, vector search, evaluation frameworks. u2022 Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into simple, testable product features. u2022 Experience in product discovery, problem framing, requirement writing, roadmap planning. u2022 Excellent execution discipline: backlog management, release planning, stakeholder alignment. u2022 Strong analytical mindsetu2014comfortable with experimentation, A/B testing, and telemetry-driven decisions. u2022 Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership.
