What will you do? + Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas while adhering to recipe standards. + Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect crust texture and toppings. + Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow. + Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pizza preparation area. + May be required to perform other duties as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization. More about you + Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role. + In-depth knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and topping distribution. + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. + Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
