Our agency client is looking for a proposal writer to assist their team This is a fully remote freelance position starting late April through the end of 2026 (roughly 20hrs/week but may vary slightly each week).In this role, the marketing proposal manager will be responsible for:-Developing marketing proposals and RFPs for clients in the government, energy, transportation, public works sector-Collaborating with proposal managers and designers to ensure formatting is correct and deadlines are met-Copyediting and updating other marketing collateral as needed, including content, resumes, etcThe ideal candidate will have:-Experience developing proposals/RFPs for city or state government clients, or AEC private sector-Experience managing multiple proposal deadlines and working collaboratively with multiple contributors-Excellent writing and copyediting skills-Experience working in an agency/consulting firm environment-InDesign experience is a plus but not required#LI-SR3In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
