We have an outstanding career opportunity for aDiesel Mechanicto join a leading Company located in Syracuse, NY.. Salary: $62,400 - $72,800 Job Responsibilities: + Repair & maintain diesel trucks/ heavy duty fleet vehicles + Work on trash trucks, roll off trucks, and flatbeds + Diagnose problems using tools and equipment + Fix brakes, engines, steering, electrical, and hydraulic systems + Perform routine PMs & inspections + Keep simple service records Basic Hiring Criteria: + At least 1 to 2+ years' Diesel mechanic experience on medium or heavy trucks + Hydraulic system experience required + Own your own tools. Have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s) Benefits offered vary by contract.
