Read on to learn more About the Role Finance Coordinator Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine andnon-routine accounts receivable, accounts payable, or other financialoperations activities and functions to include vendor invoice processing, 1099and tax processing, lease administration and cash receipt applications. What Youu2019ll Do Completes data entry and follow-up procedures to support a variety of accountsreceivable and/or accounts payable transactions in accordance with establishedtimeframes. Conducts peer review of various financial operations accounting transactions tocomply with department policies and procedures. Monitors, troubleshoots, and responds to internal and external inquiriesthrough financial operations shared mailboxes or other established methods. Completes updates to applicable trackers and processing manuals for portfolioof assigned work. Participates in internal and external audits as needed. Performs miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required plus a minimumof one year experience in administrative or financial operations support.Associate's degree with concentration in Business or Finance preferred. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, andmemos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to writeroutine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries orcomplaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability tocalculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standardsituations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basicanalytical skills. Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office SuiteProducts). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus. Must work well underpressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail are a must have for thisposition. Ability to work in multiple accounting software applications. Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies toachieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment and deadline misses may leadto financial impacts for the business and short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $58,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $73,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
